How to download your Chime bank statement
Chime lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Go to chime.com and click Log In.
- Click Profile, then Documents.
- Under Account Statements, pick the account and month.
- Select the statement to download it.
Download a statement in the Chime app
- Open the Chime app and tap Profile.
- Tap Documents, then Account statements.
- Choose the account and month.
- Tap the export icon at the top right to save or share it.
Export transactions as CSV
Chime's help pages describe PDF statements but don't list a CSV export for personal accounts. If all you have is the PDF, convert it to CSV or Excel with Rowvert.
Good to know
- Chime does not send paper statements; download and print one if you need a hard copy.
- Statements cover full months only; Chime cannot produce a statement for a shorter period.
- Download your statements from Profile > Documents before closing your account; if you cannot log in, call Chime at (844) 244-6363 for copies.

Can I download my Chime statement as a CSV?
Chime's help pages describe PDF statements; a CSV export isn't listed there for personal accounts. Converting the PDF statement gives you the same transactions as CSV or Excel.
How do I convert a Chime PDF statement to Excel?
