How to download your Truist bank statement
Truist lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Sign in at truist.com/signin.
- Select 'Documents'.
- Select 'Accounts' and choose the account.
- Open the statement you need and save the PDF.

- Tap 'More' at the bottom to reach the 'Documents' tab.

Export transactions as CSV
Truist's help pages describe PDF statements but don't list a CSV export for personal accounts. If all you have is the PDF, convert it to CSV or Excel with Rowvert.
How far back can you go?
Paperless statements can be viewed and downloaded for up to 7 years for deposit and brokerage accounts, 2 years for credit cards, 24 months for home equity lines, personal loans and auto loans, and 18 months for mortgage and trust accounts. Truist mentions up to 18 months of transaction information online.

- How long statements stay online depends on the product (7 years for deposit accounts, far less for cards and loans).

Can I download my Truist statement as a CSV?
