How to download your Regions Bank statement
Regions Bank lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Transactions can also be exported as Quicken (Web Connect), QuickBooks (Web Connect). Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Log in to Regions Online Banking.
- Open the Accounts menu and choose Online Statements.
- On Online Statements & Documents, find the statement you need.
- View or download it as a PDF.
Download a statement in the Regions Bank app
- Open the Regions Mobile app and go to your account.
- Tap View statements & documents.
- Filter by document type and year.
- Open the statement and download the PDF to your device.
Export transactions as CSV or another format

- Log in to Regions Online Banking and open the account details page.
- Select the Download Transactions icon above and to the right of pending activity.
- Pick your software in the Select a Format dropdown.
- Tick the accounts and set the Select Date Range.
- Select Submit and follow the prompts.
Regions describes Web Connect for Quicken and QuickBooks; it does not list a plain CSV option or a date-range limit.
How far back can you go?
After enrolling in online statements you can view, download and print up to seven years of account history. Check images for cleared checks are viewable in Online Banking for the past 18 months.
Good to know
- You must enroll in online statements first (web: I want to... > View Statements; app: View statements & documents > gear icon > Enroll now), and enrolling stops paper statements.
- Check images and other enclosures sit under the Enclosures tab on the Online Statements & Documents page.
- Web Connect is free with Quicken and QuickBooks but does not support bill payments or transfers.
