  1. Log on to Internet Banking.
  2. Select 'Transaction History' from the left-hand menu.
  3. Choose the account, enter the period and run the search.
  4. Click 'Download Transactions' above the results.
  5. Choose the file format and date format, then download.

A transaction history search period can be no longer than 364 days; Suncorp suggests CSV for spreadsheets, OFX for Xero and QIF for MYOB or Quicken.

How far back can you go?

eStatements issued since 1 July 2013 are available in Internet Banking and the Suncorp Bank App.

Good to know

  • Statements themselves are PDF only; other file types come from the 'Download Transactions' option in Internet Banking.
  • Each transaction history search is limited to 364 days, so longer periods need several downloads.
  • Statements from before 1 July 2013 are not online: ask by secure message or phone and Suncorp sends them free of charge.

Convert your Suncorp Bank statement to Excel

Statement PDFs can't be sorted, summed or imported. Drop one on Rowvert and get a spreadsheet with one row per transaction — date, description, debit, credit, balance — checked against the statement's own closing balance. Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX and QIF.

  1. Download the PDF statement using the steps above.
  2. Drop it on the converter — no template to choose, scanned PDFs work too.
  3. Download Excel, CSV, or a QuickBooks / Xero-ready file.

How do I convert a Suncorp Bank PDF statement to Excel?

Download the statement PDF, drop it on the Rowvert converter and download Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX or QIF. Each row is checked against the statement's running balance, and 1 page a day is free without an account.

Does Rowvert work with scanned Suncorp Bank statements?

Yes. Scanned or photographed statements go through OCR automatically. Rows read from an image are marked so you can double-check them.

Is my Suncorp Bank statement stored?

The PDF is processed in memory and never kept. Only the extracted spreadsheet is stored, for your plan's retention window, then deleted.

Which date format will the Excel file use?

Suncorp Bank statements usually show dates as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY; Rowvert converts them to real Excel dates so they sort and filter correctly.
