How to download your Desjardins bank statement
Desjardins lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Transactions can also be exported as CSV. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Log in to AccesD in a web browser.
- Under Accounts, select your everyday account.
- Select the Statements tab.
- Choose the month you want.
- Download the statement, then save or print it.

- Log in to the Desjardins mobile app.
- In the Accounts section, select See all, then your everyday account.
- Select Statements.
- Choose the month you want to view.

The online account statement is available on the first day of the month and can be retrieved for 7 years.
Good to know
- Printing a statement requires AccesD in a web browser; it is not available in the mobile app.
- Once you are registered for online statements, documents, statements and tax slips are no longer mailed.

Can I download my Desjardins statement as a CSV?
