How to download your Tangerine bank statement
Tangerine lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Transactions can also be exported as CSV, QFX. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Log in at tangerine.ca.
- Choose the Account.
- Select the Statements button.
- Open the statement you need and save the PDF.
Download a statement in the Tangerine app
- Open the Tangerine Mobile Banking app and tap More at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Profile & Settings.
- Scroll down and select Documents.
- Select the statement period and the Account.
Export transactions as CSV or another format
CSVQFX
- Log in at tangerine.ca (not the mobile app).
- Go to Transactions.
- Select the Download Transactions button.
- Follow the prompts to pick the format and save the file.
How far back can you go?
Tangerine's electronic statements stay accessible for 7 years after they are posted.
Good to know
- Transaction downloads only work on the tangerine.ca website, not in the Mobile Banking app.
- Reprints of past statements cost $5.00 each; a reprint of the current monthly statement is free.
- Paper statements are only quarterly, and some account types are paperless-only.
