How to download your TD Canada Trust bank statement
TD Canada Trust lets you download statements as PDF in online banking. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Log in to EasyWeb.
- At the top of the screen, open the dropdown showing the account name and choose Statements and Documents.
- Pick the account in the Get statements & documents by account dropdown.
- Narrow the list with Filter by year.
- Select the statement to open it as a PDF.
- Use the save icon or download arrow to keep a copy.
Export transactions as CSV
TD Canada Trust's help pages describe PDF statements but don't list a CSV export for personal accounts. If all you have is the PDF, convert it to CSV or Excel with Rowvert.
How far back can you go?
TD says up to 7 years of past statements are available online, counted from the time you switch to online statements. On screen, EasyWeb shows chequing, savings and line of credit activity for the last 30 to 120 days, or up to 18 months with Search by Month.
Good to know
- The 7-year statement history starts from when you switched to online statements.
- Statements for closed accounts are removed sooner: 18 months for closed deposit accounts and 12 months for closed credit card accounts.
- Statements open as PDFs; TD recommends Adobe Reader for viewing, saving and printing.
Convert your TD Canada Trust statement to Excel
Statement PDFs can't be sorted, summed or imported. Drop one on Rowvert and get a spreadsheet with one row per transaction — date, description, debit, credit, balance — checked against the statement's own closing balance. Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX and QIF.
- Download the PDF statement using the steps above.
- Drop it on the converter — no template to choose, scanned PDFs work too.
- Download Excel, CSV, or a QuickBooks / Xero-ready file.

Can I download my TD Canada Trust statement as a CSV?
TD Canada Trust's help pages describe PDF statements; a CSV export isn't listed there for personal accounts. Converting the PDF statement gives you the same transactions as CSV or Excel.
How far back can I download TD Canada Trust statements?
TD says up to 7 years of past statements are available online, counted from the time you switch to online statements. On screen, EasyWeb shows chequing, savings and line of credit activity for the last 30 to 120 days, or up to 18 months with Search by Month.
How do I convert a TD Canada Trust PDF statement to Excel?
Download the statement PDF, drop it on the Rowvert converter and download Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX or QIF. Each row is checked against the statement's running balance, and 1 page a day is free without an account.
Does Rowvert work with scanned TD Canada Trust statements?
Yes. Scanned or photographed statements go through OCR automatically. Rows read from an image are marked so you can double-check them.
Is my TD Canada Trust statement stored?
The PDF is processed in memory and never kept. Only the extracted spreadsheet is stored, for your plan's retention window, then deleted.
Which date format will the Excel file use?
TD Canada Trust statements usually show dates as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY; Rowvert converts them to real Excel dates so they sort and filter correctly.
