Good to know
- Transaction download (CSV, QFX, QBO) is only on the full website, not in the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
- The newest statement only appears after the billing cycle closes.
- CDs have no regular statements, only maturity notices and a year-end interest statement.
Convert your U.S. Bank statement to Excel
Statement PDFs can't be sorted, summed or imported. Drop one on Rowvert and get a spreadsheet with one row per transaction — date, description, debit, credit, balance — checked against the statement's own closing balance. Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX and QIF.
- Download the PDF statement using the steps above.
- Drop it on the converter — no template to choose, scanned PDFs work too.
- Download Excel, CSV, or a QuickBooks / Xero-ready file.

Can I download my U.S. Bank statement as a CSV?
Yes: U.S. Bank's transaction export offers CSV, QFX, QBO (steps above). Statements themselves come as PDF. If the export doesn't reach back far enough, convert the PDF statements to CSV with Rowvert.
How far back can I download U.S. Bank statements?
Up to seven years of e-statements are available in digital banking. Transaction history can be viewed and downloaded for up to 18 months; older transactions are only on statements.
How do I convert a U.S. Bank PDF statement to Excel?
Download the statement PDF, drop it on the Rowvert converter and download Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX or QIF. Each row is checked against the statement's running balance, and 1 page a day is free without an account.
Does Rowvert work with scanned U.S. Bank statements?
Yes. Scanned or photographed statements go through OCR automatically. Rows read from an image are marked so you can double-check them.
Is my U.S. Bank statement stored?
The PDF is processed in memory and never kept. Only the extracted spreadsheet is stored, for your plan's retention window, then deleted.
Which date format will the Excel file use?
U.S. Bank statements usually show dates as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY; Rowvert converts them to real Excel dates so they sort and filter correctly.
