CSV questions
What does the CSV look like?
One row per transaction with Date, Description, Debit, Credit, Balance and Page columns. Dates are ISO (yyyy-mm-dd), amounts are plain numbers with a dot as decimal separator, the file is UTF-8.
Which CSV should I pick for accounting software?
Use the QuickBooks CSV for QuickBooks Online and the Xero CSV for Xero — they follow each app's exact import template. The standard CSV is for Google Sheets, Numbers, databases and other tools.
Can I convert several statements at once?
Convert each PDF separately; every file gets its own reconciliation check. On paid plans the history keeps all conversions so you can download them again later, and the Business plan adds an API for batch processing.
Is the conversion free?
One page a day is free without an account and five pages a day with a free account. Paid plans start at $15 a month for 400 pages.
