How to download your Revolut bank statement
Revolut lets you download statements as PDF in the app. Transactions can also be exported as Excel. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a statement in the Revolut app
- Open the Revolut app and go to 'Home'.
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts' and select the currency account.
- Tap 'More (...)' and select 'Statement'.
- Set the date range (on iPhone tap 'Customize' first) and choose PDF.
- Tap 'Generate'.
Export transactions as CSV or another format
Excel
- In the Revolut app, go to 'Home', tap 'Accounts' and select the currency account.
- Tap 'More (...)' and select 'Statement'.
- Set the date range and choose Excel as the document type.
- Tap 'Generate'.

Good to know
- Statements are generated per currency account, so each currency needs its own statement.
- Pockets cannot have their own statement; their transactions are included in the main account statement.
- Revolut does not issue hard copies or stamp statements; everything is generated electronically.

Can I download my Revolut statement as a CSV?
Yes: Revolut's transaction export offers Excel (steps above). Statements themselves come as PDF. If the export doesn't reach back far enough, convert the PDF statements to CSV with Rowvert.
