How to download your Santander UK bank statement
Santander UK lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Transactions can also be exported as Microsoft Excel, Quicken, Microsoft Money, PDF. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Log on to Santander Online Banking.
- Click 'Statements and documents'.
- Choose the statement or document you need.
- Open it and use the print icon to print it, or download the file.
Download a statement in the Santander UK app
- Log on to the Santander Mobile Banking app.
- Tap the 'Mailbox' icon in the top-right corner.
- Select 'Statements and documents' and tap the document to open it in the PDF viewer.
- Tap the download icon in the top-right corner to save the PDF.
Export transactions as CSV or another format

- Choose a date range under 'All available transactions', or everything since your last download.

- Each transaction download is capped at 600 transactions, so busy accounts need several smaller date ranges.
