How to download your Wise bank statement
Wise lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Transactions can also be exported as CSV, XLSX, MT940, QIF. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Log in at wise.com and click your initials in the top corner.
- Select 'Statements and reports', then 'Statements'.
- Select 'Create a statement'.
- Choose the currencies or jars, the time period (up to 365 days) and PDF as the format.
- Confirm with your Wise password to download.
Download a statement in the Wise app
- In the Wise app, open 'Statements and reports' from your profile, or from the three-dot menu of a currency or jar.
- Select 'Statements', then 'Create a statement'.
- Choose the currencies or jars, the time period and PDF as the format.
- Confirm with your Wise password.
Export transactions as CSV or another format

- On wise.com, click your initials, then 'Statements and reports' and 'Statements'.
- Select 'Create a statement'.
- Choose the currencies or jars and a time period of up to 365 days.
- Pick the file format (CSV, XLSX, MT940, QIF or CAMT.053).
- Confirm with your Wise password.
Each statement covers at most 365 days; MT940, QIF and CAMT.053 are website-only, while the app offers PDF, CSV and XLSX.

Can I download my Wise statement as a CSV?
Yes: Wise's transaction export offers CSV, XLSX, MT940, QIF, CAMT.053 (steps above). Statements themselves come as PDF. If the export doesn't reach back far enough, convert the PDF statements to CSV with Rowvert.
