How to download your TSB bank statement
TSB lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Log in to TSB Internet Banking.
- Click 'Your Inbox' at the top right to open your Digital Inbox.
- Open the statement you need.
- Download or save the PDF, or print it.
Download a statement in the TSB app
- Open the TSB Mobile Banking App and tap the profile icon.
- Tap 'Inbox'.
- Find the statement and tap it.
- Tap the download icon.
Export transactions as CSV
TSB's help pages describe PDF statements but don't list a CSV export for personal accounts. If all you have is the PDF, convert it to CSV or Excel with Rowvert.
How far back can you go?
Its Business Internet Banking page says transactions can be viewed for at least the last 13 months.
Good to know
- Paperless statements are delivered to the Digital Inbox as PDFs that look the same as the paper versions; TSB emails you when a new one arrives.
- TSB charges for duplicate paper statements on current and savings accounts; copies are ordered through the app chat.
- The download step in the app looks and behaves differently depending on your device and operating system.
Convert your TSB statement to Excel
Statement PDFs can't be sorted, summed or imported. Drop one on Rowvert and get a spreadsheet with one row per transaction — date, description, debit, credit, balance — checked against the statement's own closing balance. Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX and QIF.
- Download the PDF statement using the steps above.
- Drop it on the converter — no template to choose, scanned PDFs work too.
- Download Excel, CSV, or a QuickBooks / Xero-ready file.

Can I download my TSB statement as a CSV?
TSB's help pages describe PDF statements; a CSV export isn't listed there for personal accounts. Converting the PDF statement gives you the same transactions as CSV or Excel.
How far back can I download TSB statements?
Its Business Internet Banking page says transactions can be viewed for at least the last 13 months.
How do I convert a TSB PDF statement to Excel?
Download the statement PDF, drop it on the Rowvert converter and download Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo or CSV), Xero, OFX or QIF. Each row is checked against the statement's running balance, and 1 page a day is free without an account.
Does Rowvert work with scanned TSB statements?
Yes. Scanned or photographed statements go through OCR automatically. Rows read from an image are marked so you can double-check them.
Is my TSB statement stored?
The PDF is processed in memory and never kept. Only the extracted spreadsheet is stored, for your plan's retention window, then deleted.
Which date format will the Excel file use?
TSB statements usually show dates as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY; Rowvert converts them to real Excel dates so they sort and filter correctly.
