How to download your The Co-operative Bank statement

- Log in to online banking.
- If you still get paper statements, switch to paperless first under 'My details' then 'Statement settings'.
- Select the account you want to view.
- Select 'Statements'.
- Open the statement and download, save or print the PDF.

- Log in to the mobile app and select the account.
- Select 'Statements' (for a credit card, select 'More' and then 'Statements').

Export transactions as CSV
The Co-operative Bank's help pages describe PDF statements but don't list a CSV export for personal accounts. This export is documented by the bank for Business Online Banking only; no CSV or data export is documented for personal online banking. How far back can you go?
Paperless statements for current accounts, savings, loans and ISAs can be viewed going back up to 7 years, and credit card statements up to 6 months, but only for periods when you were opted in to paperless. In Business Online Banking, statements are available for up to 25 months from the date you started using the service.
