How to download your Virgin Money bank statement
Virgin Money lets you download statements as PDF in online banking and in the app. Below: the exact steps, how far back you can go, and how to turn a PDF statement into Excel, CSV or QuickBooks.
Download a PDF statement in online banking
- Sign in to Internet Banking.
- Choose the 'More' icon (three dots) at the top of the screen.
- Select 'Secure messages'.
- Under 'New statement', pick the statement you want by its date.
- Select the 'Retail Statements' attachment to download it.
Download a statement in the Virgin Money app
- Open the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app and tap the envelope icon at the top.
- Under 'New statement', pick the statement you want by its date.

Export transactions as CSV
Virgin Money's help pages describe PDF statements but don't list a CSV export for personal accounts. If all you have is the PDF, convert it to CSV or Excel with Rowvert.
How far back can you go?
Official current and savings account statements from the last 12 months are available in the app and Internet Banking. Credit card statements go back seven years in the separate Virgin Money Credit Card app.

Can I download my Virgin Money statement as a CSV?
